Apartment Tower Near TD Garden Approved

AvalonBay Communities Inc. filed plans with the Boston Redevelopment Authority in late November 2012 for a $ 200 million development near TD Garden—a tower featuring more than 500 apartments and a two-story “retail arcade” that connects to TD Garden and to North Station.
