Pet of the Week: Bette Midler the Green-Eyed Cat

Posted on April 7, 2013

Looking to adopt a pet? Now up for adoption at the Animal Rescue League of Boston is Bette.

Bette Midler is a very cute 6-year-old spayed female cat. This young lady found herself in the shelter due to her previous family’s allergies. Her independent nature makes her a great companion for any cat-lover that may work long hours, as she is quite content to nap all day and find her own sources of entertainment. But when you are home she’ll cuddle up on the couch, or if you’re up for it, a feather wand toy would make her day. Bette Midler likes to be in the spotlight and wants to be an “only child.” Bette Midler does not enjoy the company of other animals. If you are willing to be Bette Midler’s biggest fan, come meet her and take her home today!

For more information on Bett or any of the other animals currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call 617-226-5602. The Animal Rescue League of Boston is open Tuesday through Thursday 1- 7 p.m. and Friday through Sunday 1-4 p.m., excluding some holidays. For more information, see their website, Twitter and Facebook page.
