4. Mother’s Day concert: Several Boston area family music artists are teaming up this weekend to present a free Mother’s Day concert to benefit the One Fund Boston. Featuring groups such as Karen K and the Jitterbugs and Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys, the event will be held Sunday, May 12 from 12-5 p.m. at the Exchange Conference Center (212 Northern Ave.), at the Fish Pier.
