Dennis Lehane at South End Library: Dennis Lehane, a successful author who grew up in Dorchester, will be speaking at the South End Library tonight at 6:30 p.m. Lehane most recently published Live by Night, in 2012. Free Skin Cancer Screenings: Massachusetts Eye and Ear physicians Dr. Jessica Fewkes and Dr. Oon Tan will provide free skin cancer screenings tonight from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Carolyn and Peter Lynch Center for Reconstructive and Laser Surgery on the 9th floor at Mass.
