Argument Leads to Roommate Fight on Albany Street
The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions.
An argument amongst roommates turned violent on Wednesday evening.
Boston Police responded to an assault and battery report at about 12:31 on Wednesday, March 13 at 601 Albany Street.
Officers spoke to the victim, who stated that his roommate struck him. The two had had an argument about late night visitors. When the roommate asked the victim if he had been drinking, the suspect said no.
At this point, the suspect became angry, police said. An arugment ensued and the suspect slapped the victim and punched him in the throat. Officers observed redness on the victim’s throat.
Officers spoke to the suspect, who refused to provide officers with her license or any information. The suspect eventually provided her license and admitted to slapping the victim because of the nature of their argument.
Officers charged Natalia Trujillo of 601 Albany Street with assault and battery.
