Legends of Boston rock history will take the stage later this month to benefit victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
Aerosmith, James Taylor, Extreme, Godsmack and New Kids On The Block are among the multi-band lineup for a May 30 show at TD Garden. Net proceeds of the show will benefit One Fund Boston.
Gov. Deval Patrick and Mayor Thomas Menino helped set up the concert, “Boston Strong, An Evening of Support And Celebration,” which Live Nation is promoting, according to Boston.com.
Tickets are on sale through Ticketmaster and at the TD Garden box office May 6 at 10 a.m. South End Patch
